The line of individual typical houses EVOLUTION is a new evolutional model of designing functional and modern energy-efficient houses on the key. The houses can be installed to almost any environment; they offer a lot of choice of various internal organizations of space.

How to choose an EVOLUTION House?

The EVOLUTION line combines 10 different types of houses of same size (E_1, E_2, E_3 ...) that differ by position and shape of the staircase and the place of the entrance into the house. The latter is adapted to your building site, whereas the staircase is made by your choice.

Each type of houses on the key has a unified outside appearance which means that the external walls and openings are equal. Nevertheless, you can choose among three different types of ground floor space organization and three different types of mansards. All the ground plans can be made in mirror image. You can compose your house from a menu that provides more than 400 ground plan combinations.

The basic house on the key can be furthermore designed with a range of functional additions (skylights, carports, pergolas etc.) which can be found in the additions booklet.

Inside the EVOLUTION line, you can therefore compose a formula of your home – an individual typical house that is designed entirely according to your wishes.
