The ground plans of H6–H10 houses are distinguished for their large residential part with the kitchen, several bedrooms and bathrooms, service rooms, wardrobe rooms, cabinet. Sizes of the houses: between 165 and 214 m2.

Wooden house for a large family and home business

The ground plans of H11–H13 houses are distinguished for their functional combination of the residential part, bathroom and office with a separate exit in the ground floor and bedrooms and bathroom in the mansard. The sizes of the houses: 150 m2 to 170 m2.

Wooden house for three generations

H14–H16 houses functionally connect several generations and allow them their intimacy. The part for grandparents is always in the ground floor. Sizes of the houses: 157 m2 to 184 m2.

H17–H19 houses are single-storey buildings with a functional residential part and two rooms, a pantry, a service room and a large terrace. Size: 81 m2 to 110 m2.

House for a disabled person

The H20 house provides an access to the mansard by staircase or by ramp that is excellently integrated into the functionally designed residential part, the measurements of the house are well adapted. Size of the house: 176 m2.

Wooden house for a couple

The ground plans of H21–H23 houses include a large residential part with a kitchen, rooms and a bathroom in the mansard, a wardrobe and a room for fitness or other activities. Size: 85 m2 to 152 m2.

House for one person

The one-storey house H24 is distinguished by a functional ground plan where a small space provides a comfortable living. Size of the house: 62 m2.
